After cleansing and toning, gently massage desired amount of product into skin using upward circular motions until absorbed. A little goes a long way. Use as often as needed based on individual skin moisture needs and preference.

FOUNDATIONAL INGREDIENTS
Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Water - An aqueous solution produced from the steam distillation of the Rose Damascena Flower. This gentle hydrosol contributes skin conditioning and skin soothing properties to the product. This hydrosol adds a light, faint scent of fresh roses to the product and is great for mature and inflamed skin.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride - A skin softening emollient, texture enhancer, penetration enhancer, dispersing agent. Produced from coconut oil, this light weight oil contains fatty acids that help the skin to resist moisture loss.
Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Water - An aqueous solution produced from the steam distillation of the Lavandula Angustifolia Flower. This gentle hydrosol contributes cooling, toning, and hydrating properties to the product. This hydrosol adds a light, faint scent of fresh lavender to the product and is great for irritated, inflamed, or troubled skin. Linalool is a main compound found in Lavender hydrosol. Linalool is an anti-inflammatory compound and is an analgesic (eases pain). Lavender hydrosol also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties which promote skin rejuvenation and protect the surface of the skin from harsh environmental elements.
Glycerin - A versatile humectant produced from plant oils that attracts and holds moisture onto the skin, reducing water loss and improving the skin barrier. Glycerin increases the solubility of active ingredients, allowing the skin to more readily absorb them. This humectant has a low molecular weight and is able to penetrate deeper into the dermis, producing supple, plump, hydrated skin.
Glyceryl Stearate - A skin softening emollient, and emulsifier produced from a mixture of plant derived glycerine and stearic acid that work to hydrate the skin and improve the skin barrier.
Cetearyl Alcohol - A fatty alcohol that has skin softening and smoothing properties. This fatty alcohol also works to stabilize and thicken the formulation. (This is not the same as the volatile liquid alcohol that most are familiar with such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol.) Cetearyl Alcohol is very gentle on the skin and is naturally derived.
Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate - An emulsifier that works to stabilize and thicken the product. It also enhances the texture and skin feel of the product.
Cetyl Alcohol - A fatty alcohol that is a skin softening emollient, and has skin conditioning & moisturizing properties. This fatty alcohol works to thicken the product, boosting body and viscosity. (This is not the same as the volatile liquid alcohol that most are familiar with such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol.) Cetyl Alcohol is very gentle on the skin and is naturally derived.

Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract - An anti-aging, antioxidant rich botanical extract that has a toning & binding effect on the skin making it great for mature skin. Rosemary extract increases blood flow, promoting proper skin function - relieving skin congestion, swelling, and puffiness. Produces a clearer complexion and firmer skin.
Chamomilla Recutita (Chamomile) Flower Extract - A soothing botanical extract that contains active compounds with anti-inflammatory & healing properties.
Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5) - A skin soothing, conditioning, hydrating humectant that promotes skin regeneration, reduces trans epidermal water loss, and improves the skin barrier.
Allantoin - An FDA approved skin protectant that improves moisture retention, provides a smoothening effect to the skin, and promotes epidermal cell renewal. Allantoin can increase the water in the intercellular matrix, in turn moisturizing the skin.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E) - Rich in antioxidant and anti-aging properties, Vitamin E promotes healing, cell regeneration, and boosts collagen production. Vitamin E protects the skin from free radical damage and environmental stressors (common causes of pre mature aging and wrinkles).
FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS
Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate - A plant derived preservative that has moisturizing and conditioning properties.
Propylene Glycol - A light weight plant derived humectant that provides hydration to the skin and enhances skin feel & texture.
Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate - A reliable, highly effective broad spectrum preservative system. Provides antimicrobial power to the product. (Both ingredients used at less that %0.3)
Citric Acid - Citric Acid is used to adjust the pH of the product, keeping it from becoming too alkaline. Our Citric Acid is derived from corn.
This was the first product I tried and I loved it so much that I have now used several other Green Bean products. I am very picky about the beauty products I use and want a toxin free product that is safe and gentle on my super sensitive skin. I have been exclusively using the rose moisturizer for almost a year now and I love it! It is incredibly soothing and gentle and my skin has truly calmed down and is not so inflamed. A little goes a long way. It’s very lightweight, not greasy and smells good! You can tell Selina is truly compassionate and puts considerable care into each and every product. She is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable!
I really enjoy this moisturizer. It’s the only product I’ve tried but would like to try more.
When it comes to my face, I am very particular. I don’t wear makeup up mostly because I care about my skin and what I put on it so I save the makeup for special occasions (plus I love the look of natural skin). I have tried many of products in the past for taking care of my facial needs and most of the time they are either too oily, too expensive, not moisturizing enough, and so on. As a mother I value my money and make sure whatever I do invest in is worth it, priced well, and is made with great ingredients.
Green Bean is all of that and more.
I waited to write a review because I wanted to truly test out the products for a time to make sure I have an honest review and let me say Selina, owner of Green Bean, did NOT disappoint.
Her Rose Facial Cleanser is on point! It leaves my skin feeling so good after I wash it; clean but at the same time NOT DRY which is what a lot of cleansers normally do to my skin because I fall in the sensitive category. Now let’s talk about that Glow Serum. I love it, absolutely love it. I put it on right after I cleanse and I just feel the tightness and the glow it gives, which leaves me feeling so beautiful. Now my favorite… THE ROSE MOISTURIZER. It is an absolute must. I am in love with it because when I put it on my face, it has the perfect weight. My skin feels so soft all throughout the day! It’s not oily and you only need to use it once in the morning and you’re good until the next day… AND again not greasy or oily! The product is so moisturizing you only need to use a little so it goes a long way.
I finish my face skin regiment with the Fresh Rose Mist and I feel like a new woman. I also use the toner for my face and neck and that always makes me feel clean and refreshed if I need a pick me up!
I adore her products and grateful that they are affordable for us moms and made with quality, trustworthy ingredients. I will be trying the Lavender Hydrating Mist, Lemon Turmeric Brightening Cleanser, Watermelon Berry Dewy Fruit Plump Serum and her face masks next and I can’t wait to see how those feel on my skin!
I already get so many compliments on how my skin is glowing and I have to give credit to Green Bean Shop!!! I will soon be having a little one and I made sure to add all my Green Bean Products to my hospital to go bag so I can feel refreshed and beautiful after giving birth. I can’t recommend Green Bean enough!!!!! You won’t regret ANY purchase you make. Oh and be sure to get that facial scrubber, it’s heaven on your face.
I’ve always struggled trying to find a good moisturizer that is lightweight, hydrating and gentle enough for my dry/acne prone skin. I think Rose is a winner!
I have been using this moisturizer for about three weeks now and I can see improvement in redness and texture. I also really enjoyed how soft this moisturizer feels while applying! A little goes a long way so I found it suitable to put some on my neck and décolleté as well. I’ll definitely be restocking soon! 🤍
Love all the ingredients. I noticed the brown spots on my face lighting up and also the wrinkes are not so prominent.
