Aura is a luxurious, rich antioxidant moisturizer created around one of the most sophisticated forms of topical Vitamin C prized for its stability, oil solubility, and excellent ability to penetrate the skin with undeniable results - Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate. 

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is lipophilic, meaning it has an affinity for oils and lipids rather than water. The outermost layer of our skin is itself lipid-rich, allowing this form of Vitamin C to integrate beautifully and interact naturally with the skin's protective barrier, feeling exceptionally silky and comfortable on the skin. 


And because Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate doesn't require the acidic environment traditionally associated with pure L-Ascorbic Acid (water soluble form of Vitamin-C), Aura is formulated at a much more skin-comfortable pH, tolerable for even the most sensitive skin - delivering all the benefits we love from Vitamin C: antioxidant protection, a brighter-looking complexion, and a healthy, luminous glow!

Our star ingredient. This sophisticated, oil-soluble form of Vitamin C was chosen for its elegant feel, stability, and skin-loving versatility. It helps defend against environmental oxidative stress while promoting a brighter, more even-looking complexion and luminous skin. Vitamin C also plays an important role in collagen formation and stabalization, making it a beautiful addition to support firm, youthful-looking skin.

~ Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
Niacinamide is one of the most versatile ingredients in modern skincare. We chose it for Aura because it complements Vitamin C beautifully while supporting several different aspects of healthy-looking skin: Improving the appearance of uneven tone & texture, balancing sebum production, and helping maintain the skin's natural barrier by supporting the skin's production of ceramides and other lipids.

~ Licorice Root Extract
Licorice root is one of our favorite botanical ingredients for radiant-skin formulations because it brings together complexion-enhancing and soothing properties in a single plant extract. We selected it as a natural complement to the Vitamin C and Niacinamide in Aura, creating a layered approach to achieving a more luminous, balanced-looking complexion.

Panthenol is the provitamin form of Vitamin B5 and one of our favorite ingredients for creating a moisturizer that doesn't simply feel hydrating when you first apply it, but leaves the skin feeling soft, comfortable, supple, and conditioned over time.

~ Oat + Watermelon Extracts
A refreshing botanical pairing selected for their moisturizing soothing, and skin-conditioning properties. Together they add a comforting touch to Aura’s rich, nourishing formula. 


~ Glycerin + Aloe Vera + Propanediol
A deeply hydrating humectant foundation designed to draw and retain moisture for soft, hydrated skin. Aloe helps promote a calm skin barrier, and comfortable skin feel.

~ Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
A silky, lightweight emollient derived from fatty acids and glycerin. It gives Aura the nourishing, cushiony feel we love from an oil while avoiding the heavy or greasy sensation that richer oils and butters can sometimes leave behind. The result is Aura's signature smooth, velvety texture that melts beautifully into the skin.
